These are the places we lunched at most often. They are at the top, partly because they are consistently good, but also because they may be more local or the only place still open in their area.
Or maybe they don't see us coming !
Many hostelries have only been visited once, possibly because they are on a unique route or have closed...
or hear us approaching and bolt the doors.
