The Hellraisers' shift was from 2.30 until 6 o'clock Sunday morning. They watched the night-clubbers staggering home and then the sun come up.

The Control was well signed from all directions ...

... except for competitors who came by helicopter.

Wishbone and Mary had a competition running ...

... to see how many riders they could direct into the cone.

Andrew was astounded by Ian's prowes with the rubber stamps ...

... and hoped the riders would be able to wash the ink off their noses later.

To ensure that riders would not be dazzled by our reflective jackets ...

... Ian also applied the rubber stamp liberally to their visors.
